America, the beautifully uninformed!

Yes..i Know some of you may pass up this blog without a second thought. And to be quite honest, i dont blame you. It doesnt have all the colorful, vibrant, headlines begging for your attention,(or pocket book).
But for some that happen to read on, this message is for you.
We Americans are showing some definite signs of "AADD" myself included. I mean, how can you blame me, with all this technology crammed into the size of a Smartphone!! This little gadget has produced many learning on the go lessons with the push of a button(i mean touch screen) and for this wonderful convenience we pretty much "check" little boxes that we do "check" in order to move on to the next feature, that cannot by any means be started without "checking" the little box, waaaay at the end of the company lawyers slick words. You know what slick words im referring to right? The "your data this" And "we sell you out" that. You know what words im referring to by now right? The Contract within the contract within a contract..
Now im not thee most cynical individual around, but im pretty observant when i see sphinx like words(really crafty) being used to describe how internet companies,(some of which have nothing but the best of all intentions for us the American consumer! Right??)compile significant and pretty elaborate (presumed private) moments, in the form of pictures, videos, or journals of someones life and their struggles,as an example.
Ive been on a quest to figure out how and why so much data is being compiled about us on our own phone.
Ive done mini experiments in tracking my own trails that inevitably get left behind once the first account, (from any Internet site or company)is established.
Now im definitely not a computer whizz. But i can definitely handle my own when using modern operating systems. Ive realized through trial and error that many things/sites/blogs/org's, .com's,etc, are absolutely unnecessary. I understand trying a new site as any inquisitive mind would(and should be allowed to anonymously) until The User, decides that the said site is being reasonable,in the use of, or the  use  thereof(imitating complex words commonly used in the "privacy policy" found on every Data collecting site to infinity and beyond!!) and under that specific criteria, may in fact want to reveal to the company who they are, especially in regards to making a purchase.
I am undergoing a Data Recall Initiative.(sounds official??) Well its not. Its just me reclaiming "some" of the data i unknowingly shared with the good citizens of China,Iran,Mexico,Russia,India,etc,etc...As i mentioned earlier in this blog(is this really a blog? someone?)
Im sure this "data", which companies pay BIG bucks to store in Giant servers across the globe(you know, the new global economy thinga-ma-jig) will not, in no way Ever, be used against us for any reason whatsoever..right??
And in this quest for my "Data", i say this..
Data, in a nutshell is...
YOU!!!!
Smartphones have the capacity to store(in the clouds) or on the indestructible hardware designed by geniuses across the globe, our most personal of thougts. It can track our actions on a day to day, minute by minute basis, that way Joe Schmo in Nebraska, can be up to date with the latest "check in"where i tag a picture of myself eating a cannabis laced doughnut i ate in North Hollywood 6 minutes ago.I swear it was Medicinal!
You get the picture.
Some of you can definitely live without most of the tracking we easily allow complete strangers to do without knowing why, or for all intents and purposes knowing how much this kind of "Juicy" Data is worth to some companies. Or Government? Banks? Insurance?
I know i can.
But how can i continue using the internet and stay "DataFree"??
Well, unless youre skilled in major hacking, its nearly impossible.
But, there are many things you can do,as i have,to combat the invasion of my brain! Im just saying.
One of the easiest things you can do is Browse anonymously.
I use a web browser called STARTPAGE. Its got google doing most of its heavy lifting but nevertheless startpage begins your search of anything with a secure method of browsing without having to disclose who or where you are. Check it out sometime and read everything!
Start your search for statpage by manually typing ( http://www.startpage.com) From there you can make it your homepage,if you agree with me that they provide a descent motive to protect our privacy..
This is the first complete blog ive ever compiled, and i hope to post similar blogs at thee utmost convenient of times for myself.
Behind all the smoke and mirrors are the ones whole control stuff, and theyre controlling"your" stuff, at the moment, matter of factly!
Take control back, by doing research on your own time and seeing for yourself, the maze of information.
I can give you the heads up on a good"minimal" system to help you get what you need done on the internet in relative privacy.
Step one..start browsing anonymously...good place to start........http://startpage.com.....step 2. Get a secure email provider, like Comodo.com..they provide encrypted email accounts with trusted digital certificates..i recommend something of that sort when sending any kind of email..step 3..watch WHO you have as a friend on social network sites..Some of them people are just compiling your "likes" or thumbs ups, into a clever commercial to catch you attention...Step 4.. Get rid of cloud storage!! For 10$, you can buy a usb flash drive to store your personal files..Clouds servers are great in my opinion for a number of things. But honestly the fact remains that, unless you have your things in hand, whos to say that your free cloud isnt compromised. If you were to ask any management level employee of one of these companies who exactly can take a sneek peek into your personal "Data". They would probably say only "You"..now that sounds good in theory, but would you put a million dollar idea for an invention in your "SecureCloud"??
Just words for thought..
